If I could give "0" stars I would!!! It is incredible for one to call an establishment for over an hour and no one answers the phone!! Have not been able to contact this post office at all! Must say a lot about this post office, and right in line with some of the other negative comments here!! HORRIBLE!!!!
A small post office that is normally very helpful.
This morning our carrier ran a stop sign in from of me and I almost T-boned his vehicle. I believe he was talking on the phone. I have been trying to contact someone about this behavior both on the phone and in person. No one answered at the Hobe Sound office for almost an hour. I contacted someone in Washington, who told me to contact the district office in Miami who told me I needed to talk to Washington. I drove to the post office to speak to someone in charge and was told she was out for lunch at 2:15 in the afternoon and to try calling later. This sounds like part of the Swamp!
Horrible post office no one there likes to work smh all around slow and horrible customer service
My mail is late never a set time but today I didn't recieve my package and it says out for delivery I callrd no answer at all I can go two days and no mail then get 3 days worth of mail at once guess will see if my other packages come tomorrow like schedule disappointing when u pay extra to have it In two days and they don't put in mail box
