Just rented a paddle board today and Dawn took me out and showed me the ropes! What an amazing place and what wonderful customer service. I cannot wait to go back and rent or buy a paddle board. I highly recommend!!
This shop is more than a bike store. I have been in many stores and what makes them especial is the people that work in there. They know their stuff but they seem to care about the customer and their needs not just trying to sell their stuff. I have bought a lot of things there. It's been a pleasure dealing with this guys. They are really nice and the selection of things is great. Now they have Paddle Board stuff too. Big thumbs up for this store. Can't say enough good things about them.
Whether your needs are bike or paddle board-related, the staff at Village are friendly and knowledgable. The shop was full when I stopped in last week; however, they took the time to greet me and point me in the right direction. The store is well-stocked for the novice all the way up to the racer. Everything I needed for my weekend maintenance project was in stock and the prices were great. Though customer service seems to be a lost art nowadays, you can always find a friendly face at Village.
I don't give 5 stars unless it's absolutely deserved. Went to have my kid's bike repaired...Nice, courteous, knowledgeable staff. So many times when I go to a retailer for a repair, I get the big pressure sales job...not here, not even a little bit and it was great appreciated. The repair was done on the spot at an ultra reasonable price. Some suggestions on how I could "refresh" the bike were given, and I am considering those. I will DEFINITELY RETURN for all of my family's biking needs....Nice clean place. Thank you Village Bike and Paddle.
